It is possible to add an additional single bed.(cost €50)
 

Payment: Rates will be quoted upon reservation request.  30% deposit at booking (by credit card or bank wire), the remaining on arrival.

Check in: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. - check out: within 10 a.m.

Final cleaning Euro 70.

Heating not included - will be charged separate.

Laundry Euro 7 each wash (dry Euro 7).

Extra change of sheets/towels (on request Euro 3,5).

Dog Fee: Euro 50

Cradle: Euro 40

Euro 150 security deposit which will be given back when checking out if no damages or
breakage are found

Washing machine and dryer at guests disposal (Euro 7 for each wash and dry) - extra

Penalties in case of cancellation:
- up to max 90 days before the start of the booked period 30% of the total amount ;
- up to max 30 days - 60% ;
- up to max 8 days - 90% ;
- within 7 days - 100% .
In case the Apartment is rented again for the same period no penalty will be charged.
